The goal of the game is to move all cards onto the 4 piles on the top right, called foundational piles, which start with aces and move to kings, each pile having it's own suit.
There are seven primary piles, which can be moved from pile to pile, or onto the foundational piles. The face-up cards on these piles must be played from king and down, alternating red and black cards. When a pile is cleared, a King may be played on an empty pile.
The drawpile cards can be used to play on the primary piles, or on the foundational piles.
